  • We treat every pet like family. Our passionate, carefully selected team—background-checked, insured, and trained—provides reliable, loving care for pets of all personalities, sizes, and needs. Whether it’s a playful pup, a shy kitty, or a senior pet with special needs, we ensure they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

  • We work as a team, so your sitter may vary based on your schedule and staff availability. Over time, a consistent pattern often forms with sitters covering certain days and times. Rest assured, every team member is dedicated to providing the same high level of care, and having a team ensures we always have reliable backup when needed.

    If you want to meet a specific staff member, you can request a meet-and-greet with them for a $20 fee.

  • Dog walks are available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., five days a week. 

    Mid-day visits are scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m After-hours apply services scheduled outside of 9-5PM, and weekend walks are available for an additional $5.

  • You’ll get a post-visit report after every adventure! We’ll share all the highlights—walks, potties, playtime, and anything unusual we notice about your pet or home (safety first!). Updates go straight to your email or you’re sent a notification directly to your phone from our pet sitting portal if you have the app downloaded. You can reply to either—your messages go directly to the sitter taking care of your pup. It’s like getting a mini story about your furry friend’s day!

  • Our services run in 2-hour time blocks: 9–11 AM, 11–1 PM, 1–3 PM, and 3–5 PM. You can select your preferred block—late morning, early afternoon, or late afternoon—and we strive to consistently arrive during that window. While exact times may vary, we always do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We use lockboxes for access to homes. Lockboxes can be provided by you, the client, or by us for a one-time fee of $25. We also will use garage codes or pin-pad door codes to access your home.

  • Absolutely! We welcome all dog breeds, provided they are not aggressive towards us. The meet & greet helps ensure we are a good fit for your dog.

  • For dog walking, cancellations made the day before your scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

    We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or adjust your schedule, please let us know as soon as possible. While our cancellation policy is in place to protect our team’s time, we may use discretion to adjust or waive fees depending on the timing and circumstances.

    For all pet sitting bookings, we require a 50% security deposit of the total service cost to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable and serves as your cancellation fee.

  • Yes! The holiday season is our busiest time, as many pet parents travel for family or vacations. To ensure availability, please request holiday services weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate every request and will always be upfront about our availability.

  • We offer Almost Overnights, where a sitter spends a couple of hours in the late evening with your pet. However, we do not provide full overnight stays in your home.

  • No, we no longer offer boarding services.
